"When choosing the room, we picked one that said "sofa bed" so our 12 year old daughter would have somewhere to sleep. It was in fact just a sofa. Our air conditioner started leaking on the floor. A huge puddle. So we went and brought it to the front desks attention. We moved rooms due to the leaking ac unit but was told "sofa bed" just means sofa and none of the rooms have a hideaway sofa bed. So my daughter slept on the couch. Not very accurate descriptions of sleeping arrangements. "
