"Lovely Property, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Excellent location. The missed point would be the TV, we could not get it to connect to the internet and stream anything. The DVD player was missing the remote control so we couldn’t use that either, we even tried to get an Ethernet cable from the shop but couldn’t. Our room appeared to be recently decorated to a high standard with some nice touches like good quality coffee and water supplied. Just to beware that our room was on the top floor and required us to walk up a few flights of stairs although we were offered help with luggage. The main negative for us was the breakfast. "Cottage is ideally located, warm comfortable and cosy. Loads of empty beaches. The area is stunning. Harlech castle, Snowdonia, Portmeirion etc all within a few minutes drive We had a lovely week and were lucky with the weather for the time of year. Views across the estuary are outstanding. Had a minor plumbing issue which was rectified within 2 hours so first class communication and service. To be picky the cottage could use a lick of paint and a spruce up, especially the pots & pans but...
