"Staff was very helpful in rescheduling our Black Taxi tour when our original driver failed to show. It was also nice having laundry available, although a wash load took 2 hrs and dryer 1 1/2 hrs (detergent pods are sold @ front desk for $2 per load). Check-in was all done @ a kiosk put staff able to assist. Would suggest more lighting in the bathroom and washcloths included w/ the face/bath towels."

We wanted to go to the Observatory bar but waited 22 minutes on the lift, as one was reserved for priority guests & the other was a service lift. Also took quite a while to get a drink at the Observatory bar."

"Check in was quick and staff polite. The room was modern, clean and included an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast provided was excellent with a good range of hot and cold food. The hotel is not on a bus route, but buses (and trains) can be accessed on Botanic Avenue, approx. 5/10 minutes walk away."
