"Plenty of space for a family. Adequate furnishings in kitchen to fix meals. I found parking confusing, as the streets are one-way."

"Had a few issues but they were resolved."

"Melody was a wonderful and thoughtful host. We had everything we could have wanted or needed including wood for the fire pit. The pictures do not do the property justice. The apartment is gorgeous and very comfortable. The yard was wonderful. We have friends here that we visit at least annually and this will be my go to spot for lodging moving forward. "

"We enjoyed our weekend at the cozy cottage on the Cumberland gap. The only thing I would improve on is the bed that is very creaky. Also communication was minimal. I couldn’t see the links given in the message and the hosts didn’t respond to my question. All good though because it was just as pictured. "

"Very nice 2 bedroom unit that looks to have been renovated recently. The kitchen was small but the space was maximized nicely and had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner a few nights during our stay. It was comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the highway.We're looking to move to that part of TN next year, and during our next trip out to look at property, we will definitely be booking with Julie again. "

"Nice unit. You should really reverse the refrigerator door so that the hinge is on the left side, otherwise you're up agaist the wall looking in. If I had my tools with me I'd have fixed it for you. It's an easy 1/2 hr job. Also some of your cabinet cushions are missing or deteriorated. Thanks for bringing us coffee that first night! "

"Definitely one of my favorite places I've ever stayed and I've been a lot of places. From the camper to the fire pit with wood included to the s'mores fixings to the hot tub to the theatre to the thoughtful pet friendly touches. I could have stayed forever and definitely hope to return sooner than later! "

"Inside of the house was very nice and very clean. There were no pictures of the outside of the house to help identify it and with the proper address in MAPS it takes you to 202 East instead of 202 West."

"The property is great. Very well kept both inside and out.The rear porch by the bubbling brook is very enjoyable. The view from the front porch is great as well. Plenty of clean towels and wash clothes. Only 2 minor items to mention. The water in the shower is poor and the front door gets stuck on the uneven floor. These items did not affect our stay. We would recommend this property to anyone. "

"What a wonderful property! We loved the privacy of our site and the outdoor area was so fun and relaxing for my partner and I! The hot tub was a hit for him and provided much pain relief and I loved having the ability to cook on the griddle/grill combo! We met Wes on our way out and had a wonderful talk about the area and local culture- he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We both hope to be back for another visit soon! "
