"The room was extremely dirty and unsafe. There was trash everywhere and the bedsheets were stained and smelled bad. I even saw used needles around the property which made the place feel very dangerous. I could not stay there comfortably because it felt unsafe and unsanitary. This is completely unacceptable for a place listed on Expedia. I would strongly warn other travelers to avoid this property."

"i’m very disappointed my family was really looking forward to enjoying time in the spa and the pool … the spa was not working .. the pool was freezing cold you couldn’t even enjoy staying in for a minute … plus the room had a very bad humid smell when you walk in there … when we in are room getting for bed there was roaches crawling behind the bed frame then on the wall then we saw one on the blind then behind the tv i called the front desk and they said they were going to let the manager know...

"Everything needs a deep clean, but it's still very good. Very quiet room, perfect bed minus a dip on the bathroom side. Seen this in a few of their rooms. Good breakfast with many options. Wish there was a direct rout from the mall across the street but it's 5 min to go 1 street. Staff was great. Water refill station. Would stay again. "

"The property sits in front of a very active train track and intersection. The trains use their horns at intersection, and trains pass every two hours throughout the day and overnight. I left early and was not retunded for the nuisance. Customer service is terrible, Managment was supposed to contact me regarding the matter, however no response. It was clean, however will never stay here again and will not be considering Hamptons for stays in the future."

Old, musty, splintered wooden furniture, no water pressure in the shower, 70s style wallpaper that was peeling, non-working exhaust fan in the bathroom so the mirrors constantly fogged up after a shower, pillows felt more like large handkerchiefs w/ little down filling in them, etc. "
