"Hotel slightly run down . Shower had mold and water damage showing. Beds are very high and hard for a short person to get in to. Coffee is now ground and brewed upon request in dining area and was good."

"I got 2 rooms for 2 nights, the staff was great, breakfast was great, but we had our hearts set on the pool it was the biggest part of our stay other than my husband going to the wrestling event, however unbeknownst to us the swimming pool was being worked on and not a drop of water was in it. They moved my sister to several rooms due to broken pull out beds, and to throw in the towel she found a roach crawling on the wall in the bathroom. "We stayed there for the Sat/Sun Tincaps games. After checking in, we went to put our things our room (213) and then went to the roof top bar before going to the game. When we came back to our room that evening, we noticed that the blinds didn’t go up or down. There was no shampoo in the shower and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned after the last person who stayed because there was long black hair in it. While downstairs getting breakfast, I used the restroom in the lobby and it was dirty and...

"The place was clean and the staff was very helpful! However There was only 1 of the 2 bottles of "complimentary" (aka $2/ea.) water in our room when we arrived. The A/C was not working. We were woken up by construction very early Saturday morning. The final straw was when we returned to our room that night and could hear 2 small dogs barking in the room next door. Not something the hotel could prevent, but was the last thing we could put up with after trying to work with the other issues....

"Room key quit working two nights in a row, hot tub was luke warm all weekend - never got hot at all, four pool towels only everyday... Room towels would only give 2 at a time for the four people we had in our room. Turned the air down many times to finally 61 degrees and it was still warm in the room all weekend. Breakfast was either cereal or waffles everyday. Just overall not a great experience, one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in."

"We had a great trip to Fort Wayne, the room was great and clean and the fridge and microwave were super helpful! The kids enjoyed the pool but I do think a few more chairs in there would have been nice. The breakfast was worth it and we enjoyed it! Thank you for the staff for being kind!"
