"若いスタッフが多く皆さんの対応がとても好印象でした。 部屋は道路に面してはいましたがとても静かで快適に過ごせました。 ポートタワーのすぐそばで立地もよく少し歩けば中華街・元町商店街もあり食事に困ることはなかったです。 また地下鉄の駅もすぐ近くにあり交通の便も良かったです。 都合で大浴場・サウナな どは利用できませんでしたが次回は利用したいと思います。"

"眺めはすごく良いのでそこは◯。 部屋はペイントするなどリフォームされているが、建物や設備ははかなり古い。 ベッドも私好みではなく、マットはスプリングをすごく感じる構造だった。 エアコンのリモコンが使えない部屋があったり、ドアノブが壊れているところがあったりとかなりガタがきている。エレベーターも相当の年代物。 コンビニは歩いて5分くらい。バス停は目の前だが、車だったため、あまりメリットはなかった。"
