"Great location. Close to city and most restaurants. Approximately 15 mins walk. Great staff. Requested late checkout Easter Monday on one of our two rooms. Wasn’t a problem. Very accomodating. Requesting both rooms next to each other also and that request was also met. "

Staff at the reception, this one particular lady- racist, had a terrible attitude- think her name’scAshley (blonde, side parted hair) I don’t think I’d be recommending QT to my colleagues/friends."

"The room class not clean, I found a chewing gum in my bathroom sink, hand marks all over the windows… it was very disappointing. Also, despite saying smart tv, it did not provide that so you could not stream your Netflix etc Most of the light is the living room didn’t work so dinner was supper dark Disappointing for a penthouse and the money paid. "A wonderful boutiquey type hotel right in the centre of all the Laneway action. It’s in a great location, near lots of cafés, bars and restaurants, as well as all the touristy things like theatres and markets. The staff are wonderful, the rooms also (we had a Capitol room which was spacious) and their cafe also great. Definitely recommend and will stay again for sure."

"Our room smelled like cigarette smoke...very disappointing. They offered to move us, but we were unpacked. Housekeeping was not in out room until close to 4 pm the next day. Overall, we expected a bit more. "
