"Overall, we had a very nice stay here. Great big house on a nice lake, great view, very close to Brainerd. There is a Cub Foods about 5 minutes away in case you need anything. The living room especially was wonderful - big couches, big TV, good wifi, lots of space (which was helpful since we got rained out). "Beautiful house with so much room for a large family. Clean and modern with comfortable furniture. We enjoyed the pool and deck views of the ocean. Beach is so close and very private. Loved our stay at Sea Oats and would return again. "

"This is by far the most amazing place we have stayed in 15 years of renting houses for events. I can not say enough about this place. Pat was amazing to work with prior to our arrival. The place was better than we expected. Beautiful lake, Dock, pontoon (they had a kaboda to use for those that need the assistance to get down to the lake). Loved the big yard for outside activities. "My buddies and I came up to Brainerd for the weekend to head to Brainerd International Speedway and needed a place to stay the night. This property exceeded expectation with how much rooms there was both inside the house and in the back yard. Plenty of room for us to hangout in the living room/Kitchen and have a comfortable bonfire in the back as well. I would definitely recommend and come back. "
