"If you’re desperate then stay here. The outside parking lot is a hang out and it’s not in the best area at all. People outside having a picnic and were doing fireworks like it was their driveway at home. The inside had a really bad smell and the breakfast wasn’t the greatest. The only good thing is the staff."

"This facility was clean with good features. Not a whole lot but everything is clearly laid out on their page. The air conditioner was great and TV was good. Beds were nice and the space was clean. We always enjoy our stay and have been here multiple times."

"We loved the property, so beautiful! Our kids loved the pool and playground and we enjoyed sitting by the Lake with the cool breeze and playing pickle ball in the evenings once the courts were shaded. We also loved the proximity to Duck Lake Beach, our kids enjoyed the two days we went there. It’s also only a 15 min drive into town where there are some really good places to eat and a Walmart and aldi for groceries. We stayed in the annex and its well maintained but showing its age...

The tiki bar and bartender were great, our room was really small ,carpet is dated and smelly.Our room was clean, check in was easy but rooms look much better on line."
