"The room was really clean but all of the staff here were very rude. We waited forever to check in as no one is ever at the desk. We stayed from fri-sat and our room did not get cleaned one time. We asked what to do with our trash and they literally said to take it outside to the dumpster? The rooms are suites but they provide NOTHING no pots or pans or soap or papetowrls or trash bags. We set our trash cans outside of our room and when we got back it was gone... so then for the next 2 days we...

"Beware of this property! Property listing severely misrepresented and looks nothing like the photos in the listing. Property has severe safety issues and is in unsanitary, filthy condition There are no smoke alarms or carbon monoxide detectors as stated in the listing. The washing machine was filthy, covered in pet hair and had thick brown goop in the detergent dispenser. The oven was filthy, covered in some thick reddish brown sticky substance that dripped all over it. There is dust...

"Apartment clean, well stocked, and easy access to shopping and restaurants. This is a basement apartment so you will hear upstairs neighbors but it wasnt really an issue during my stay. The bed linens were uncomfortable, seemed like an unbreathable microfiber fabric. The space overall was cute and comfortable for a short stay. "

"The place was exactly what we needed. We were visiting Newnan for family and this location was perfect. The drive to Calloway Gardens was easy.Ryan communicated well and the place had everything we needed. Just 2 of us, but I could see 4 people being comfortable."
