"The location of hotel is good , it is very close to Ghat where Aarti take place. It is about 40 steps below from the hotel and about 3 minutes walk. Rooms are comfortable and staff is very helpful. The last part of access to the hotel from the airport is through narrow lanes. The taxi from the airport drops about 2 Km from the hotel , then auto can take you another 1 Km but last part has to be walked with luggage. I suggest strongly to have some person from the hotel take you to the hotel from...

"Staff is nice and courteous. Rooms were clean and updated. No issues during the stay. Housekeeping had to be called but I guess it’s primarily to allow for privacy/ security. Breakfast was good and the ability to order from kitchen was an awesome. "

"Well located but very tatty. Inflexible to any kind of late checkout without charging excessive amount. Housekeeping inconsistent, in the 4 nights I stayed room was not cleaned once. When I checked in room was missing all amenities and towels. I would suggest looking around before staying there "

"Gros problème en arrivant. La chambre de luxe reservée et payée depuis près d' un an n'etait pas disponible. Après 2 H d' attente ils nous ont trouvé une autre chambre minuscule avec moustiques et la clim qui ne fonctionnait pas. Gros préjudice : 3 H de sommeil. Le lendemain nous avons pu déménager dans la chambre réservée et le manager ( grand prince ) s'est confondu en excuses en invoquant un problème de logiciel et en nous rendant 1500 roupies devant être la différence de prix entre les 2...
