"We had a group of 20 with another 6 joining us from the cottage. The scenic lakeside location with direct access from lawn to water was phenomenal. The lake water was exceptionally clean and the sound of loons peaceful. We got there early and were given a good fishing place to try out before we came back. The last day we got directions to a local lake that is a short walk down a logging road. "The house was absolutely lovely. The location was convenient from a major road but tucked away and quiet. "Our family enjoyed this property and the surrounding community. We spent time floating on the nearby river during the day and relaxing in the jacuzzi and sauna at night. The home owners gave us excellent suggestions for dinners and anticipated all of our needs.We would definitely recommend the Castle Ski Lodge!"

"We have been coming to Sunday River every year for the past 15 years. We have always stayed at a resort location on the mountain, but this time we were looking for a bit more space. The pool, hottub and attic game room were all a big hit, as well as the firepit (no firewood on location so had to pick some up).
