"Check in wasn’t perfect for us, perhaps it was because we did a same day booking, but since there are no staff, you are remotely sent an access code to the front and your room door. But with the help of the team, we got in. The location of this place is amazing. The room is small, but perfectly stocked with everything you need for a short or even a long stay. "The owners of this property canceled on me the night before my trip, blaming it on a “maintenance issue”. They originally reassigned me to a different unit but then canceled it in full. "Check in was a nightmare. No keys left. After a 12 hour travel with children this was made worse. After nearly 2 hours got into apt, no bedding for 2nd bed. Promised would arrive after contacting at 6pm. At 4am no bedding and eventually said wouldn't be arriving. Trying to sleep with no bedding wasn't good. Would not compensate for this. Then washing machine wouldn't work so on last night when tried to do a couple of loads before moving on was not possible and not able to remedy due to time....
