"I liked that it was close to Kings Dominion. It was very clean in the rooms, and they seemed to be poorly maintained."

"Smells everywhere. Room and linens (pillow) smell like BO and sweat in two rooms. Hallway smells like weed. Horrible wet powder eggs breakfast. Staff was nice but need to be more proactive when they are not sitting around eating in lobby which they seemed to constantly be doing"

"AC leaked water all over the floor, it worked well and staff told me it would be fixed the next day so I didn't switch rooms, of course it wasn't, i don't imagine they have a plan to fix it because the size of the hole in the AC unit where the water rusted the grate apart was about 6 inches wide so they gave me a bucket and extra towels. The pool was great, very well kept, playground was well kept, only things I would change is maybe the hotel could pick up the mountains of trash in the hallways...

"The room was clean but there was roaches.that is my only complaint.i had brand new towels and wash cloths It was clean until I seen around the mini fridge.my fridge was leaking and there was a pool of water around in alone with piles of dirt"

"Very dirty. Shower surround was held together with duct tape. Smelled like stale smoke. AC didn't blow very cold."

"Breakfast was good pretty good selection. The staff was not that friendly. There were some clothes left in the nightstand so gather what you will about cleanliness. The elevator was a little shaky. But there is only 3 floors so there is always the stairs. The bedspread had rips with the filling showing. "

"The front desk lady was awesome. She gave great directions to get our boys uniforms clean. Also the location was great. The boys walked over and I was able to leisurely get there."

"The hotel room was discusting. The sheets and linens and towels were all stained. There were hairs left on top of towels. The breakfast turned out to be only coffee. That's not a breakfast. We got in late and were happy to leave as quickly as possible. We didn't even want to shower. There weren't any shampoos or other toiletries available in the room either. This is the place you should stay if you have to for the afforability of it, but not by choice."

"There is NO breakfast! They said they've told Day's Inn to take that off the website, but they haven't done it yet. Also, the Jacuzzi tub leaked a lot of water into the room."

"This property was very unique experience. They outrighttly said that they dont have my booking. After showing them the confirmation from expedia, they still refused and said how can they book the property. We dont have such rooms and we dont make money with them. After being told that I am traveling with 4 kids and need a night stay, they offered 2 beds and asked for $50 with no extra blankets. Horrible experience and I am going to spread this word across."

"They let us have our goldendoodle, they were quick to accompany us when we asked for a ground floor room. Very nice safe area to walk our dog at night."
