But however i was needing to extend my stay one more night for work and the price went over three times what I paid per night. I understand prices goes up and down but It went from almost what I paid for the whole week for one night. "

"Drive 10 hours to get there at 12:00 ask if our room was ready told it wasn’t. She said she would call me when it was ready and never did. When I went back 2 hours later she said oh let me check and it just so happened to be ready. I don’t know if they put dogs on all the floors which I wasn’t aware pets were even allowed. But there was barking all day and into the night. Just a horrible stay "

"Our stay was ok. I usually have a better experience with Holiday inn. The pool was under maintenance and they did not inform us before we booked. One of my main reasons for booking that hotel was because of the indoor pool. The AC did not work very well so the room was warm. The beds were not the best. The sheets were clean but housekeeping does not keep up with the dust. They also tries to charge my card three times. "

"Our AC unit did not work. The manager on duty at the time offered to switch our room. We had just gotten there and didn't touch anything (bed, bathroom, etc.) His GM told him not to switch our room. Our fridge didn't work. I only booked at this hotel because it said there was a hot tub. They had it closed off and I was told it was just closed for the night, then the weekend and then another staff member told me they were having it removed.
