"Only complaint was noise from interstate"

"AC leaked water all over the floor, it worked well and staff told me it would be fixed the next day so I didn't switch rooms, of course it wasn't, i don't imagine they have a plan to fix it because the size of the hole in the AC unit where the water rusted the grate apart was about 6 inches wide so they gave me a bucket and extra towels. The pool was great, very well kept, playground was well kept, only things I would change is maybe the hotel could pick up the mountains of trash in the hallways...

"I liked that it was close to Kings Dominion. It was very clean in the rooms, and they seemed to be poorly maintained."

"The room was clean but there was roaches.that is my only complaint.i had brand new towels and wash cloths It was clean until I seen around the mini fridge.my fridge was leaking and there was a pool of water around in alone with piles of dirt"

"We were on the second floor so difficult to move our crates up the stairs."

"Smells everywhere. Room and linens (pillow) smell like BO and sweat in two rooms. Hallway smells like weed. Horrible wet powder eggs breakfast. Staff was nice but need to be more proactive when they are not sitting around eating in lobby which they seemed to constantly be doing"

"I had the pleasure of being assisted by jc today at time of check in, she is a beautiful young lady very friendly and helpful, i see her from past few years and now i got to Know her ñame, thank you jc for your helpful nature and outstanding hospitality ."

"Very dirty. Shower surround was held together with duct tape. Smelled like stale smoke. AC didn't blow very cold."

"Breakfast was good pretty good selection. The staff was not that friendly. There were some clothes left in the nightstand so gather what you will about cleanliness. The elevator was a little shaky. But there is only 3 floors so there is always the stairs. The bedspread had rips with the filling showing. "

"The hotel room was discusting. The sheets and linens and towels were all stained. There were hairs left on top of towels. The breakfast turned out to be only coffee. That's not a breakfast. We got in late and were happy to leave as quickly as possible. We didn't even want to shower. There weren't any shampoos or other toiletries available in the room either. This is the place you should stay if you have to for the afforability of it, but not by choice."

"The room still had someone’s clothes the closet. The room smelled of smoke. A couple of guys followed my wife and little cousin around the building causing them to feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The pool was off colored and all doors were held open by rocks. Went to the store and my kids called crying because a Mexican man walked in our room and he used a key but he was intoxicated and they had to push him out of them room."
