"ホテルは旧市街の安全な場所にあり、出歩くのにとても便利でした。 ホアンキエム湖、水上劇場も徒歩5分くらいで、スーパーやお土産屋さんも近くにあり満足です。 部屋は清潔でしたが、窓が内窓しかなかったのが少し残念でした。 ただ、部屋はほとんど寝るだけのためだったので、全く問題ありませんでした。"

"スマホ翻訳アプリを使用してチェックインと帰りのタクシーは問題なくできました。フロントの人も愛想が良く親切でした。 シャワーの排水が良くありませんでした。友人の部屋もファンがまわらなかったりとありました。向かいが病院で凄く混んでいます。また朝早い4時頃から賑やかです。掛け布団がシーツのような薄いのが１枚でエアコン付けたり消したりと帰国して風邪を引いてしまいました。 立地は良いので良かったです。"
