Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel
"There are small bugs inside the room. There’s also a lot of dust on the cabinets and you can tell the furniture is falling apart. I would only rate this hotel three stars."

"Had a great 4 day stay here. The breakfast was very good, the location is central, rooms are clean and spacious. What stood out the most to me however, is the staff.
