The shower water pressure was also very poor. Finally, I had early starts on both mornings, and the fire alarm went off in my bedroom due to "steam" from the bathroom. "We had to abandon trip due to an emergency tried to move the booking to the following weekend. Initially hotel suggested it was possible but then decided it wouldn’t. Expedia staff were excellent in trying to assist. we understand the terms of the booking but as a frequent traveller the first time we have found a hotel operator to be inflexible which is a shame. As we weren’t able to complete the visit unable to comment on the rest of the facilities but unlikely to choose stop at a days inn...

"We have loved our time at New Hall Hotel. The place is beautiful. We end up visiting again within rhe same week it was so nice. Whenever we come to the west Midlands this is where we stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is lovely and a nice selection. Everyone speaks to you and makes you feel welcome. Next time we will try the spa. "

"This was my second time staying in the hotel and i was disappointed unfortunately... My room had a weird smell when i arrived regardless of the windows being opened. The bathroom had seen better days, it was worn down and when i ran a bath for myself, I had to empty it and clean it myself as there were pubes(not mine) and other dirt floating in it... My duvet cover was dirty, it had some dried out fluid on the bottom side. The breakfast was poorly topped at 8:30 in the morning(still 1.5 hours...
