"The staff was very friendly and the location was amazing right on the beach. Parking was nice in the covered parking lot. The best was the daily room cleaning service. Everything was always nicely folded and cleaned with new towels everyday. Would definitely want to come here again"

"I think that the housekeeping and customer service was great. They went above and beyond to help us out. 4 starts because we had a fire alarm test ignoring Do Not Disturb signs. Also 10:00am is a very inconvenient checkout time. I didn’t realize it was more of a timeshare owned property and I feel there are some negatives that come with that. Positives were a fridge, nearly full kitchen and washer and dryer."

"Our experience staying at the Sheraton Kauai Resort was overall excellent! The resort is a beautiful, with beautiful grounds & gardens to explore and amazing views of the south coast of Kauai. It's located about 25 minutes from the airport and we found that any points of interest on the island was very accessible, no more than 1 hour drive from the hotel. "It is a beautiful property in a nice location that is convenient to shopping and the beach and sight seeing areas. The front desk person didn't seem forthcoming with information regarding getting around and amenities. Had a hard time getting the info The room had a pull out bed that did not work so we had not a great time sleeping on that sofa."

"This is our third stay at the Royal Sonesta (first time as FS and not Marriott) we had the best time. The staff is amazing. The stone around the pool area is quite damaged but overall did not impact our trip negatively. We will be back for sure. "

"This was a beautiful location! Hotel was very nice and helpful, with everything from arrival to departure. They suggested places to eat, things do do. Best part is that they did not send you to “tourist traps”. All the places they suggested were awesome! Hotel was nice and clean and in a perfect paradise location. 5 STARS"
