This Hanalei Bay parkfront home has a superb setting with views of the ocean and Hanalei Bay from the Pu'u Poa Point to Waikoko taking in all the action on Hanalei Bay. (Standard occupancy is 6, see below.*) It is a wonderful indulgence for a honeymoon and a fantastic value for a family vacation or two couples which is why our Hawaii-style guests keep returning.

The living room, dining room & kitchen are connected to a great room for enjoying family & friends. You can see the bay from all these. This open area plus 3 bedrooms, two baths, & washer/dryer are downstairs. The upstairs room has a wet bar & can serve as an additional sleeping space with a queen bed. It has a great little deck with a different angle on the bay and wonderful waterfall views.

Ka Nani O Wai'oli means "the beauty of singing water" and what a place this is to understand that. Step off your lanai to one of the world's most beautiful beaches. Hanalei Bay and beach are seen here through the kitchen, living room windows.

The main bedroom which is light and airy in person is simply overwhelmed by the beauty outside. If you book this house for you and your family this has to be your room with a Hanalei Bay view from the pillow! The second bedroom also has a King bed. The third has two twins.

Enjoy the water falls of the Hanalei Mountains which can be viewed from the grounds while BBQing.

*The listed rate is for the standard occupancy of 6, but home can accommodate up to 8. Extra guest fee beyond six is $50+tax per night/per person. There is a maximum of 2 extra guests and this fee is applied after booking.

Hanalei town is only about 4 blocks away with all the shops and restaurants, a lovely walk home after dinner.

From the ocean view lanai, just walk across your grass and the Wai'oli Beach Park to the sand and into the warm water.

Please be aware that when you book this house or any accommodations by the ocean in Hawaii, not on a bluff, you are booking in a tsunami evacuation zone. Also please know that we cannot accommodate charging of electric vehicles at this property at this time.

Ideal location

Perfect spot for a family gathering. Views and setting can't be beat. House is simple, but comfortable. For our stay, the loft was furnished with a Queen bed + counter w/ sink, so useful as a 4th bedroom.

We usually stay at hotels in Hawaii thought we’d try a Vrbo. We’re never going back. What a great place to stay. Right on the beach. Beautiful house with all the amenities including beach toys. The only slight negative was that it did get a little warm in the bedrooms at night but we managed. - but we went in august. It was unusually hot. And they are building a house next door and they started construction at 7am sharp and you could hear some clanging starting at 6:30 when they set up. But we were usually up by then and it’s wasn’t a big deal. Plus they were us usually done by noon. Despite these two minor annoyances we still give it an A+ and would definitely stay again. Staying in hanalei was such a nice change from the usual hotel mobs.

Paradise

Fantastic time at an amazing place. The house is perfectly situated at the quiet end of the bay, and the house itself is very nice. We were 2 couples and had more than enough space. Beautiful pine trees (actually ironwoods) lined the property adding privacy. Suzanne was great- very responsive and very nice.

Wonderful family vacation

We stayed in this lovely home for a week with extended family, including children and teens. Everyone had a wonderful time and the house was so comfortable. We loved being able to walk out to the beach anytime. The kitchen and dining area fit our party of 8 comfortably, and the couch and chairs were comfy for watching movies. The bedrooms felt spacious and the beds were comfortable. We had a little challenge with mosquitoes at night but that was probably because the kids didn't always keep the screens closed. The property management team was really wonderful to work with. We hope to stay again someday!

Amazing beachside rental

This was the perfect vacation home for our family - right on the beach, sound of the waves, clean and well-appointed, and not far from town. There isn't any air conditioning, so I could imagine it getting hot in the summer months, but wasn't a problem for us in March.

8 days in Paradise

We had a wonderful time and will definitely go again. Everything was exactly as depicted on VRBO, if not more so! The house and location were perfect for our family of 8 (6 adults and 2 children.) We all enjoyed the large, expansive lawn and the beach. There was something for everyone, swimming at the beach and nearby river, kayaking on Hanalei River, walks on the beach, hiking at Limahuli Gardens, Golf, a local Luau, a short walk to town for dinner and bonfires at the beach at night. The BEST beach house on Kauai!

We just got back from an incredible week here, and we can’t wait to go back! First of all, the location is absolutely the best possible. The house had a gorgeous green lawn in front of it that then goes right into the beach. There is no road in front of it, so the view is unrestricted and a great place for kids to play! 30 second stroll and your toes are in the sand! The house itself was just lovely and extremely well-stocked with towels, dishes, pantry items, beach chairs, boogie boards….if you think of it, chances are this house has it! It also had a second story smaller lanai that served as the perfect “office” when my husband had to work. Can’t recommend this property enough! It was fabulous!

Beach front house

Property faces the beach which is great, there's parking right in front of house. The House is part of a large lot with 3 other houses behind this rental. Nice large grass lawn area seperating them and place for kids to run a round. Also, there is mature trees in front which is nice to have for shade in mid day sun. The house was nice and clean with wood accents. You can park your bikes right in front and no problems with crime. I would choose this rental again and are recomending this rental to some nice friends of ours. Thank you for havng this property available for rent.

Fabulous stay on the beach!

Great experience with Hanalei at your door step. It was our son's 10th birthday and we enjoyed hiking the coast and boogie boarding on the bay. Enjoyed Hanalei and walking to get food and coffee in town. Will definitely come back!

Beautiful beach house

This was second time we stayed at this oceanfront house and we loved it equally well the second time. More than enough room for a large family (or two). It is on beautiful beach perfect for family swimming in the summer. No AC but fans and outdoor shower made it unnecessary.

Amazing location, amazing home.

Great home that is well appointed and in the perfect location. Beautiful views of the mountains and you are a few steps from one of the best beaches in the world. Hanalei is a few blocks away. We loved getting ice cream at Pinks each night and hanging out it this chill town. We will be back for a longer stay next year. 5 stars plus. FYI, there isn’t any AC and it gets a little warm in the afternoons but but that wouldn’t prevent us at all from staying here again for an extended stay.

A week on Weke

My adult kids and I spent a week at this wonderful house and it was heavenly! The style is "old school" Hanalei, which we love; not fancy but very comfortable, clean, well-equipped and easy. Everything you need is provided. The location is beyond amazing...being right on the ocean connected us to our environment in so many perfect ways. Listening to the waves all day and night, going to the beach without any need to plan for the day, since the ocean was just beyond our front yard. The hosts were very clear, responsive and nice. Nothing but a rave review from us!
