"The place was very nice and clean. It had all the supplies that we would need for our stay. The beds were wonderful. I had no issues falling asleep. The property was also very quiet. I only have one negative and it is not about the townhouse. The pool was clean and felt great I was just disappointed that there were not any chairs so you could lay out. I don't know if that was mentioned in the information or not. We had to go and buy items to lay on."

"My husband and I came for a weekend to see our sons who are students at UF. We needed a dog friendly place and this is it—the back is fenced so we could let them out while we were back there—so easy. The house was well appointed—nice tile, linens, and fixtures, better than I expected. It is also close to downtown restaurants and pretty close to UF too. “Tiny” home but actually plenty of room. "Dock is great! New with composite decking so no splinters in little feet! House is small but works, we had family in and out all week and there was room enough for everyone to sleep and relax. "

"This property and house is well maintained, clean, and fully furnished. The dock is perfect for spending the day outside and playing in the water. The covered portion of the dock has plenty of room and seating for a group of 10. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book again in the future!"

"Nice location in good neighborhood close to all the essential shopping; approximately 15 mins from Celebration Pointe for those in youth sports.Home is well appointed and clean, full kitchen for that night you stay home. Comfortable sleeping arrangements.Host was very accommodating and helpful, checking in almost daily to see if we needed anything.Highly recommend and definitely will consider for future stays.Thank you Lisa and Jarred."

"We enjoyed our visit to Gainesville and staying at this cute VRBO. We were missing some necessities, and the admin was very responsive to take care of them. The place was clean, comfortable, and we appreciated the kitchen being well-stocked. We did read a review before saying to bring an ext. cord for the bedroom bc the outlets weren’t close to the nightstands, and we’re glad we did that. We also appreciated the big TV and the pool being so close to the condo. Our kids enjoyed movie times and...

"My husband and I were looking for a place to stay near UF for my orientation weekend. I stumbled upon this “jungle house” and the mini golf is what immediately caught my eye! Marlon made the check-in and check out process seamless, providing all the steps and information needed to enjoy our stay! The house is adorably decorated, was dog friendly for our black lab, and the mini golf in the backyard was awesome and such a cool setup! Thanks again for hosting us, we will definitely be back!"

"From the very beginning, the property manager was very quick to respond to any of my questions. There were 9 of us staying on this trip and the house was very roomy and very clean. The pool was a great addition. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area. "
