"I first arrived and needed to call on my cell phone to another cell phone because the in-house wasn’t operational. Waiting to check-in I learned the elevator isn’t working. I will be fixed maybe tomorrow. We only had rooms on the 3rd floor. Okay, things happen. Thinking I can go to the room and relax and watch tv. Nope there wasn’t a connection. Non working elevator and non- working TV, non working lobby telephone. Never again! Oh, 2 Extended Stays with-in of a mile of eachother and no way of...

"Breakfast was delicious and the location is perfect."

"The building on the whole is showing some age. The rooms are lovely, clean and well furnished. (lamps could use replacing, simply to make internet and other electronics more efficient.) The staff was wonderful. Cheerful, helpful,lacking the too often disengaged attitude a guest encounters. These are nice people, eager to help, and it was a pleasure to stay at this Holiday Inn. "

"Hotel was generally clean - just very basic - ie no chairs in the room, no glasses, soap but no soap dish etc. That said for the price it was reasonable. "

"There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2...
