"The staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem. The amenities were great and the rooms comfortable. The location was awesome 2 minute walk to the bullring and 2 minute walk to the coach station. Overall a great stay and highly recommended."

The only thing that could be improved were to warn at booking time that the digital key would not be "released" until you paid a damage deposit of £100 which required a lot of stress when you just want to get access to the property. "This property deceived me like a fraud! I'm a international traveller and I only have credit card. Just 5 minutes later after I booked the apartment with a 100USD payment, the property asked me to transfer the deposit via bank account with a debit card, or they won't send me the instruction to enter the property. I tried to talk this over, but got denied. The funny thing was no such information on only accept debit card for deposit showed on their home page, while they even posted they accept...
