A cozy dining area flows into a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa and 55” Smart TV — perfect for relaxing after a beach day.

    Step through the sliding doors onto an oversized private deck with outdoor seating and a table, or enjoy the shared common seating area for outdoor dining and relaxation.

    The bedroom includes a comfortable queen-size bed, a 32” TV, a large closet, and its own split air-conditioning unit. Additional sleeping options include a pull-out sofa and a queen air mattress, comfortably accommodating 2–4 adults or kids. Great little getaway condo at Hampton Beach. One bedroom. Everything in the condo has been updated and in beautiful condition. Outdoor seating is a bonus. Rick was always in great communications. Would definitely recommend or stay there again.

Amazing stay at Hampton Beach

This was hands down one of the nicest places we've ever spent a week at in Hampton Beach. It was very modern and well equipped where we didn't need to bring as much with us as a usual cottage rental, plus the AC worked great. The beach and several restaurants are only a short walk. Highly recommend it!

Rich was wonderful to work with - the property is exactly as described. Perfect location to walk downtown and plenty of restaurants in the area for food. The entire building is well maintained and clean.

This unit is perfect for our family (kids 5&8). It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, excellent location. Rich is extremely responsive, another 5 star trip!

Last minute trip to Hampton

We booked this property last minute for a beach stay! It is 1 block from the beach which is convenient. Parking was easy under the condo. The condo was very clean with most amenities available. The sofa bed was ok in a pinch or for small kids that don't mind the lumps. Otherwise, bring an air mattress and you'll be fine. Check in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend!

Great place!

My husband and I had an awesome stay. The place is very well kept and very spacious. Wish there was a few more kitchen items, such as baking sheets but we made do. Also wish there was a grill on site but not a huge deal breaker. The host was great at getting back to us if we had any questions too. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect choice

This property was the perfect choice for us. It was clean and inviting. There was plenty of sleeping space. It was a short walk to the beach and boardwalk as described. The short walks were most important as my teenage son has autism so we have to be close to everything. The parking at the property was also very important to me, for the same reason. Excellent value for the price! Owner was very responsive. :)

Excellent Accommodations!!

This place was absolutely wonderful top to bottom! The beds couches, furnishings and little details that were in place made it a fantastic stay. He has everything one might need and I would absolutely love to be contacted about how he gets that wonderful water pressure in the shower. It’s a stones throw from the beach and one of the best accommodations I have stayed in. 100/10!!
