"The Lakeside Cottage was a perfect little getaway for the family. We were looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway- and the Lakeside Cottage did not disappoint! Cute and cozy. Beautiful views and plenty to keep you busy enjoying the outdoors. "

"The hosts were wonderful! Excellent communication and very helpful. We enjoyed how quiet and remote it was. I filtered for a waterfront property and this one is up the hill from the lake, not on the water..but it was a nice, short stroll to the water every evening with our toddler so not a big deal for us. Caught a few fish, and made great memories in my home state. Would book again to visit Benton, or just to enjoy a few KY lake days and Belews (restaurant)."

"We stayed five great nights in late April. The front porch took center stage for us with a magnificent view of the lake. From morning coffee, watching a storm pass over and evening stars. Lots of songbirds!!!The house is great with over the top amenities! We loved the fire pit and furnished firewood. Our host was terrific. Great pre, during and after stay communication. Provided great information on the local area. Highly recommend you stay here!"

"House was terrific - clean, well appointed. Paul & Pam were great hosts. The location was really great; quiet & secluded, beautiful private dock where our kids spent hours and hours swimming & fishing, Murray is such a cute little town with everything you could need (15-20 mins), Nashville was a quick 1.5hour drive. We rented one of the boats and brought our own tow rope & intertube. A day well spent on the lake! Cottage had two rooms and a separate room and bath downstairs - you do have to go...

"This was our 4th time staying at the this property and we already booked a week stay for next year! We love staying at this beautiful property. The house is clean with plenty of space for our family of 6. We put our boat in the water at the boat ramp about 5 minutes down the road and used the boat slip at the lakehouse all week.We had several nice mornings on the swing and campfires in the evenings with s'mores. We look forward to visiting again next year. "

"This house was perfect for our family. The downstairs bunk room was a hit with our kiddos as well as the “kids corner” in the living room with toys and a fun arcade game. They also had an impressive variety of board games perfect for a family game night. We loved the area and it’s a convenient spot for great mom and pop restaurants as well as playgrounds and parks for the little ones. We will be back!"

"This property is amazing!! There is something for everyone of all ages to enjoy. The host was quick to communicate. The home was well-appointed. We would definitely visit again."

"We enjoyed being right on the water. We fished a lot so that was great.The home had everything we needed for our stay. The inside was very spacious and clean and the bathroom was adequate. We did not use the basement area except for the washer and dryer. I did notice neither of the games were working. The outside is dated and needs a good cleaning but did not take away from our stay. All in all it was a good stay and filled all of our needs."

"The house was great! Clean, well stocked, plenty of comfortable seating and very comfortable beds. The kids had so much fun on the tree swing and swimming off the dock. The owner was very helpful answering any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again "

"Everything went well. The only minor issue was the HOA giving us grief for using the neighborhood boat ramp, even though the book left by the owners says we can use it"
