The large kitchen makes cooking pure joy for you, while the ultra-comfortable beds, sofa, and chairs help you unwind. The home comes equipped with all consumables needed and a plethora of amenities. Take a shower, make coffee, and throw some clothes into the wash. Then, you can tackle the trails!

This home is great for relaxing in any season. Come and enjoy what Waterdown has to offer!

Enjoy self-check-in via keypad. Guests have access to all floors: the main floor and second floor. However, the garage and basement will be locked. There is driveway parking on site for one vehicle.

This is a brand-new subdivision. It`s quiet and family-friendly and is only a short walk to the nearby Niagara Escarpment trails or to downtown Waterdown.

There are public transit routes nearby, and there is easy access to Highway 403 and 407. Easily connect to King Road just seconds from the house and take the scenic route into Burlington.

Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used.

About our cleaning fees:
In prep for every guest, professional cleaners scour every inch of our properties and follow strict cleaning manuals that stipulate every detail, from how the towels are set to how the bed looks. This includes sanitizing all touchpoints/surfaces.

Providing our guests with the cleanest, most-comfortable stay is non-negotiable for us. And it is for this level of quality that we must charge cleaning fees. We thank you in advance for your kind understanding.

There is a dedicated smoking area on the front porch. Please use the wall-mounted ashtray. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.

Please do not wear your shoes in the house.

Sleeping arrangements for an 8th guest would be on a portable cot.

The backyard has a small deck and a barbecue.

The basement and garage are not usable areas and will be locked.

Pets:
Dogs are permitted with host approval (1 dog/stay) and must be included in the reservation. A pet fee of $150 will apply. Pet fees will be doubled for any stay over 14 days. You are responsible for picking up after your pet outside; if not completed, there will be an additional $50.00 charge applied.

Parking:
Guests are required to park in the designated parking spaces. There is 1 driveway spot. Additional vehicles must be parked on the street.

Check-in and Check-out times:
Check-in is after 4:00pm and no later than 11:00pm.
Check-out is at 11:00am prompt, unless late check out has been approved in advance. Unapproved late checkout after 30 minutes e.g. check-out 11:30 am or later will be charged an additional $50.00 per half hour.

Quiet Hours:
Guests will be quiet and respectful of neighbors by not making any excessive noise between the hours of 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.

NO Parties:
Strictly no parties, events, or unapproved gatherings on the premises. A penalty fee of $500.00 plus an additional charge of $100.00 per unapproved guest will be charged.

NO Smoking:
There is strictly no smoking, tobacco, vaping, or marijuana use permitted inside the property. Any guest found not adhering to this rule will be issued a $500.00 fee without question, plus the cost of removing any smoke residue or damage to the property.

NO Illicit Drugs or Activities:
Strictly no illicit drugs or activities permitted on the property.

Safety Devices:
Safety devices, including but not limited to: smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and external security cameras, are on site for the safety of all of our guests as well as our property. Tampering with these devices in any way, including disconnecting or moving them, will result in a penalty fee of $250.00, plus any additional cost related to re-installation or damages.

Cleaning:
We simply ask that you respect our property as you would for a close friend or family member by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout your stay. Please do not wear outdoor shoes inside the home. If the property is left excessively dirty and it is clear there was no effort to straighten up and leave the property in a reasonable condition, extra cleaning charges may apply.

Infant & Children Supervision:
Be aware that the kitchen and bathroom cupboards contain cleaning products, such as antibacterial sprays, washing powder/singles, etc. and there are no child safety locks on these cupboards so supervision of children is essential.

Trash:
A rubbish bin is provided in each unit as well as rubbish bags under the kitchen sink and large disposal bins at the back of the building. Please ensure garbage and recycle are placed in the bins and sorted accordingly.

Broken or Stolen Property:
Guests will be responsible for any damaged or stolen property, as well as any loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. These are to be reported as soon as it occurs and replaced and/or paid for.

Inspections:
The host can make an inspection of the premises upon demand.

Lost & Forgotten Items:
Before checking out, please do a thorough sweep of the property to ensure you are not leaving any personal items behind. Host is not responsible for and cannot guarantee any items left in the property will be found and returned to you.
