Location, Location, Location!! Nestled in the idyllic Rossville Historical District, this property is a block away from Main Street and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and downtown Hamilton. Whether you’re coming in town for Miami, Spooky Nook, work, family, or just a weekend getaway, you’ll find that this property is the perfect spot to stay. Enjoy a completely renovated property with all new furnishings in a historic 1800’s home.

This property is the oldest rental property in Butler County and on the Historic Registry! This old-world charm brings floor to ceiling windows, high ceilings and exposed brick fireplaces. The property has been completely updated and renovated with all new furniture, furnishings, and appliances. The spacious rooms are all on one floor. Parking is behind the property, 20 feet away from the front door, with your own assigned spot. Enjoy cooking with a fully equipped kitchen, granite countertops, and beautiful built-in cabinets. Three tv’s (one 65-inch) with cable and high-speed internet. The bedroom has an incredibly comfortable queen bed. Two pull out sofa beds (one queen, one twin) and a blow-up twin air mattress are available for additional guests. The high-end shower head will leave you feeling refreshed! Washer and dryer in the unit stocked with complementary detergent.

You and your guests will have access to the entire property.

We will gladly give you any information you need while on your stay. We live three blocks away from this house and have lived in Hamilton for 30 years.

Located in the heart of Hamilton’s historic district, guests will find themselves staying in the heart of it all! Highlights include:

Parking is located off the street, behind the property. The location is one block from Main Street so many shops, restaurants, bars and businesses are within walking distance. Downtown, including Marcum Park and Riversedge, is also walkable or a very short drive (less than a mile). Oxford is easy to get to from Hamilton and about 20 minutes from the property. Spooky Nook is blocks away and very easy to access from the bnb.

We had a lovely stay - this property was perfect for our weekend visit to Oxford/Hamilton. The space was very clean, super welcoming, in a very convenient location with dedicated parking, and well-stocked with everything we possibly could have imagined.

Our stay was very comfortable . The bed and bedding were the absolute best. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook . Only one draw back was there was no shower non slip mat. Others wise we were very please with the overall experience. Brian, the owner was very prompt in answering our questions. I would recommend this place and would stay there again when in the area

What a beautiful home. We came to town for the Big river get down. This was perfect place to stay. Right downtown with in walking distance to the get down. The home itself was clean and well maintained and the owners were easy to communicate with and gave helpful information when it came to parking.

Condo was very clean and well equipped. The shower was great and the bed very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and blankets. The host even left bottled water and snacks. Great location for walking to shops and dinning downtown. I would highly recommend.

The house was clean. Instructions for parking and accessing the house were not clear and that took a little to understand. It is a good location for 1-2 people and possible for 3-4 but no more than that. Not good for kids at all. Walking distance to some fun high end shops and bars. It worked out well for us.

Im so glad we found this place. The location. The history. The views. We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The location is so underrated. I mean you step outside and within 50 feet your cruising the local strip. That being said, it was very tolerable noise wise. No complaints. I can't say enough great things about this place. Would definitely stay here again!!

This is a fabulous place to stay. The rooms are spacious and the rehab work that was done on this house was done extremely well. The kitchen has everything you need, there are TV's everywhere and the bathroom is updated. It is in an excellent location on a relatively quiet street that's easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. Highly recommended!!!
