The space

MAIN LEVEL:
> SPACIOUS and OPEN-CONCEPT kitchen, dining, living area with plenty of seating/lounging space
> Kitchen stocked with all cooking essentials
> Master bedroom with queen bed+ daybed (converts to double bed)+ ensuite with rain shower
> 2nd bedroom with queen bed
> Patio doors leading to the deck with BBQ and seating areas
> Main level has one full and half washrooms

RAISED BASEMENT LEVEL:
> 2 bedrooms with queen/double beds
> 1 full washroom
> Living/game room with comfy couches, day bed (converts to double bed), satellite TV
> Laundry room with washer and dryer for added convenience
Guest access
> Check-in process is a breeze. Guests will receive an email with electronic entrance, wifi and other house details prior to arrival
> Guests must sign consent/disclaimer prior to using any watercraft, hot tub

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
> Published rates are for first 6 guests. Additional guest is $60/pp/night.
> The Town strictly enforces noise and other by-laws past 10 PM.
>No extra overnight guests or day visitors allowed without prior consent from the host.
> Vehicles- 4-6 max.
> Guest names and vehicle info (make/model) required for insurance purpose.
> Bedrooms are prepared based on double occupancy.
> Guests sign rental agreement with house rules, hot tub and watercraft use prior to check in.
>Lake access and kayaks available from May-Sep (weather permitting). If lake condition deemed unsafe, host may decline use of kayaks. Kindly contact host.
>Detailed house rules (changes seasonally) will be emailed prior to arrival.
> $150/hour for late check out (after 11 AM) or early check in (before 4 PM). We are usually very busy to accommodate early check in or late check out. Appreciate your understanding.

Felt like home in this beautiful lakehouse! We came from the states to visit family. There were 11 of us, and we all fit comfortably! They even had a crib and jumper for the baby. Basement was fun for the kids with ping pong and air hockey etc. Niagara Falls only about 20 mins away and stores and restaurants close by. We weren't familiar with the area, but were able to door dash everything! The view was so beautiful, hot tub close to the house, house clean and stocked! Thank you for the coffee :) Highly recommended and would stay again!

We enjoyed our wonderful stay at the Lakehouse so much we are thinking of returning next year. Waking up to such a beautiful view was a great experience. The hot tub was perfect and we spent a lot of time in it. There was so much to do in the area that we were never bored. Lots of great wine, cheeses and plenty of trails to walk. Can’t wait to return!!

This beautiful, clean, spacious house is as advertised, with breathtaking views overlooking the lake.The neighbourhood is quiet and well-situated, with a short drive to wineries, Niagara-on-the-Lake and Niagara Falls.Thank you to the homeowner, Nayem for being courteous and communicative. We enjoyed our stay at the Lakehouse. It was a clean and comfortable and the hosts were helpful when we texted our questions. We also loved the young groundhog who seemed to think he’d rented the place. It is a steep walk down to the water but worth it to be re-energized by the sound of the waves hitting the rocky shoreline.

Absolutely Loved the Lakehouse!

This airbnb hosted myself and 12 other ladies for a retreat! It was absolutely gorgeous, the host was lovely, and it was only about 10 mins to restaurants, etc. in downtown St Catherine’s, and 25 mins to downtown Niagara Falls. Our host was also super communicative and responsive. Thank you so much to Nayem for making our stay perfect!

Family Vacation at the Lake

The property was as described in the listing and was very clean with more than enough supplies like fresh towels, toilet paper, toiletries, coffee, etc. There was a minor issue with a shower draining slowly and it was corrected immediately by the owner upon notifying her. As described in the listing, the stairs and path to the lake are steep, but the lake and sunsets at the bottom of the path were worth it. The main beds were comfortable but my son did comment that the daybed was a bit hard, but in my opinion plenty comfortable for a kid. The location was perfect. Quick drive to St. Catherine's and Niagara, as well as a ton of wineries. We also easily took a day trip to Toronto which was only a bit over an hour drive. Overall everyone in the family was happy with the booking and enjoyed the stay.

Family Vaca 2025

Property is beautiful! Very accurate listing! Full of amentities and everything we needed for our stay. Very close to stores if you forget something but far enough away that it is very peaceful! We chose to cook every day and they made that very easy by supplying all cookware. Steps are steep to the lake but that is stated in listing. Hot Tub works great! All around an excellent vacation home for all ages. Many wineries around for enjoyment! The falls are only maybe 20 minutes away! Would definitely visit again! Excellent communication!

Excellent property all around. Very clean. Very comfortable. Amazing views of Lake Ontario. Excellent communication from our host, Nayem. We were in town for rowing in St. Catharines and this was the perfect location to stay at.

Perfectly located and beautiful

Wonderful stay at this beautiful property right on the lake. Communication from the owner was excellent. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay including toiletries and towels. The hot tub is such a nice amenity to enjoy after a long day exploring the area. The location is excellent for all of the fun activities in the area. My family would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay there again in the future. Thank you!

Moms Getaway

We were a group of 10 Moms looking to get away for a weekend, and this was the perfect spot! The home was not only conveniently located, but very clean and spacious. The hot tub overlooking Lake Ontario was an added bonus. We will definitely be back!

Girls trip to Niagara

6 of us went to the Niagara area for a winter girls’ trip. Check in was fine and Nayem was very lovely and communicative. She helped us log in to watch our football game and we appreciated that! The house is large but honesty a bit strange and not entirely what we expected. There were so many positive reviews we had high expectations. The good: the master suite is remodeled and very nice. The view is great. On the other hand: The downstairs had several locked rooms and seemed as if larger bedrooms were walled off. The lower bath needs to be remodeled but it’s not awful. Throughout the house the walls were in rough shape with lots of patches. Maybe they are painting? The kitchen is adequate but the fridge was missing a drawer and had a broken ice machine. The stove was missing a dial. Tv remotes were missing or didn’t have batteries.

Beautiful View

This house was great, had plenty of room for our 5 adults and two children. The rec room is a nice touch , and the kitchen was plenty big enough for all us to prep food together. About 20 minutes to Niagara Falls and shopping areas. Plenty of parking for are two cars and more. Highly recommend for a place to relax and enjoy the view of Lake Ontario. Owner was super nice and kept in contact with us to make sure everything was good.
