"One of the most spacious 2 bedroom VRBO's we have ever been in. One does need to know that there are 28 steps to get to the 2nd level of the building where the apartment is located, though these steps are inside and air conditioned!"

"Totally accurate description. Very clean and the neighborhood was perfect. Loved staying in this fine gem. The beds were very comfortable. They had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was a perfect stay! Thanks for having us. The yard was fenced in so you can bring your favorite furry animal. "

"Perfect for our stay! Minutes away from MSU (where we had to go daily), and extremely clean. We each had our own room and it was great to have two bathrooms. Kitchen is stocked with just about everything you need to make dinner. If my son does piano camp again next summer, this will be the first place I will check. Thank you!"

"The host is super sweet. She went above and beyond. I had to rent a wheel chair due to us forgetting mine at home. The return day was on a Monday and we were leaving Sunday. She had my wheel chair taken back. She also mailed a little of our clothes we forgot in the dryer. Her home is beautiful too. This old house has all the original from the hardwood floors to trimmings yet has a modern twist. "

"If one spends time reading the novel attributed to this property, somewhere it mentions the queen bunk being only bed. Whats not mentioned, is that it's an un-engineered excuse for a ladder with parts from a plumbing section with some sheet metal screws as fastners. 6'5" 250 doesn't work and will inevitably lead to someone getting hurt. Also, I had a few questions, and after only getting a couple 'automated' responses, gave up on talking yo a human. Didn't stay second night, and nicely told...

"Easy check in and perfect for our family of 4, along with our dog. We were so thankful to find a fenced in yard. Home was very clean and has a great layout. We would definitely rent this home again!"

"We came to Springfield for a wedding and decided to try something different than the standard hotel. This loft was beatiful. It is all brand new and extremely clean. It's a very cool place that was extremely comfortable. Even the bed was new and comfortable. The music from the bar below wasn't too loud and never really bothered us at all. The host was very helpful and usually responded back within minutes. The loft is located within walking distance of several restaurants. If you're looking for...
