"We enjoyed our stay at the penthouse. The views from the 32nd floor are so wonderful, my kids didn't want to leave. I can't rate the amenities offered like shuttle, pool or fitness center because we didn't use them at all, but you will be charged for it. I gave a 4 star for the check in only because our key didn't work to open the door first time and had to go all the way downstairs to get it fixed. "I did not enjoy my stay at this location. First, I was welcomed by a pungent smell of weed in my room. Security came and verified that someone had smoked weed in the room. Mind you, this is supposed to be a non-smoking facility. I was later moved to another room two doors down which was a lot better than the first one, but still smelled of weed. Then they gave a family of four only two towels in the room and did not accept to give us more. The place is dingy and is nothing like what you see in...

"Our trip was a long weekend planned around a concert. The house was perfectly situated between everywhere we needed to be and only 15 minutes from the airport. Check in was super easy and communication was consistent and almost immediate. The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked for convenience and comfort. "The location and resort are absolutely beautiful. The view from the balcony was incredible both during the day and at night—truly breathtaking. The check-in process had a few hiccups, however, the property manager was flexible and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated.That said, once we were settled in, the stay was great. "The host was very quick to respond on issues that came up! The house was in a tight spot for the trucks and cars pulling boats! But we made it work! Had a good time , pool was nice but after paying for heating after the first day it was not warm! Never could figure out how to reset! Could use a can opener and a bigger coffee pot for a house that sleeps 12 we ended up buying one from Walmart! Also needs pot holders and some dish rags for the kitchen! These are my honest opinions! "We were in town for a college football game at Hard rock stadium. This property was clean, comfortable, stylish and in close proximity to restaurants, the beach, stores and the stadium. It was easy access from the highway and easy in all ways. The beds were comfortable which is often not the case in rentals. Would highly recommend!!!!"
