"Place was really quiet and there's restaurants at a walkable distance. Loved the fact they had a washer and dryer on site. You feel safe with code locks at tha gate and rooms. Also have a small yard with sitting area."

"On the pictures it look so nice and when we arive it was not even close to wat i saw on the picture so we rent an other place the same day we suppose to checkin and bad comunication"

"The location and resort are absolutely beautiful. The view from the balcony was incredible both during the day and at night—truly breathtaking. The check-in process had a few hiccups, however, the property manager was flexible and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated.That said, once we were settled in, the stay was great. The amenities were superb and really added to the experience."

"Private penthouse condo was cool. The upkeep of the condo needs to be improved. Toilets kept clogging. Bathroom door knob came off the day we got there. The washer looked new but had residue around the door. A couple of the boards on the balcony were loose. Saw a roach in the kitchen the last night we were there. "

"Very quiet and comfortable, a decent place to stay in Miami without breaking the bank, I would recommend staying there.. elevators do get busy and paying for parking valet with no other options like self park was the only thing I thought they could do different.. but overall a cool place to stay "

"I did not enjoy my stay at this location. First, I was welcomed by a pungent smell of weed in my room. Security came and verified that someone had smoked weed in the room. Mind you, this is supposed to be a non-smoking facility. I was later moved to another room two doors down which was a lot better than the first one, but still smelled of weed. Then they gave a family of four only two towels in the room and did not accept to give us more. The place is dingy and is nothing like what you see in...

"Everybody the property management The Neighbors the neighborhood was friendly and secure. The rental itself is in a cul de sac and everybody knew everybody so it was very secure. Located south of the airport this rental has less traffic more ease of access"

"The place itself looks pretty nice, but issues cropped up very quickly. The unit walls are thin, and vents are shared with the unit behind this one. I woke up to smoke smells, as the unit behind me smoked. The manager coordinated for an ozone machine, but the other people still smoked to the point that my belongings started to smell like weed. "Amazing home - exactly as described. Will be staying again!"

"The property did not advertised valet parking only at $30/day. Valet was not truly what we all know of valet. We had to go across the other building, go up on the 3rd floor of the car garage that smelled very bad to weed. The apartment was advertised as a four bedroom, but it was more like 3 1/2. The fourth one was a walled room out of the dinning room without closet, dresser and far from a restroom. There were parties on the floor above us way past midnight."

"My stay at casa playa was a breeze. The communication with the host is great they are very on top on communicating and making sure you are comfortable. The house was clean and the backyard was my favorite part! The house was great for pictures and it seems small on the outside but is very spacious on the inside I was surprised. I hope to be back in the future! Thank you Eden Village!"
