"This stay was great. The upstairs room was a hit with my group. It's an easy 15 minute car ride to downtown, traffic allowing. Great area just south of Boston, would stay again!"

"Beautiful view of Cape Cod Bay/Ocean! Peaceful, quiet, lovely! Very clean and accommodating. Hosts were great! Good communication and great about checking in with us to make sure all our needs were met. Would definitely recommend! "

"Rebecca’s place was wonderful. The apartment was incredibly clean, beautifully and creatively decorated with thought and style and the surrounding area was both quaint and picturesque. We spent Labor Day weekend there and experienced “Illuminattion Night” which was very cool. Rebecca made some great recommendations, and although it’s right next to a marina, it was incredibly quiet. We would love to stay again. "

"Great spacious property walking distance to a beautiful private beach in residential neighborhood. The house was very neat and clean. The house has plenty of parking. The large fenced in yard was great for my dog to run around and my kids to play yard games after a beach day. The beach allows dogs as long as on a leash. Would highly recommend "

"The apartment is just as represented - clean and updated. Beds were comfortable and lots of towels are provided. Plenty of parking for our 2 cars. We were close to restaurants and other amenities in Sharon and getting to Gillette Stadium was a breeze (getting out of stadium parking was much more of a challenge - over 90 minutes). "

"My family of 5 had a great stay. Read the prior reviews and understand that this is not a perfect place and may have some cosmetic flaws, but everything works as it should. It provided ample space for our family with everything we needed. Finding affordable space to stay in the Boston area can be challenging, but this place fit what we needed with great proximity to the beach as well!"

"We rented the Mermaid house for a long weekend and loved the view!! Our semi private beach (shared with the other rental) was perfect. The owners dog was the star of the show! He is the cutest guy and got along with the two pups we had in our group. Great communication with Joycelyn and would recommend anyone to stay there. "

"What a wonderful place to stay! It was conveniently located across the street from the beach, marina and cruises, near a number of local restaurants, and across the street from the local park. The accommodations were clean and well appointed. Communications were very good and Carolyn was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The check in and check out process was easy. The local park hosted live music during our stay (Beatles tribute band) as well as a large all day festival a few...

"Had a wonderful stay. The view is beautiful and very relaxing. The location for us was great as the family wedding was at The Pine Hills and this was much closer than in the downtown and you couldn’t beat the quiet. "

"This place was absolutely perfect! It almost feels like you’re on a boat ..without the rocking, because you can see the lake from nearly every room. The view is beautiful and so peaceful. I was a little nervous about cleanliness because of a few other reviews, but it was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen had all the gadgets for cooking, plenty pan options which is always nice. They truly thought of everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would love to come back again!"
