    Nuestra familia se alojó en esta hermosa casa en septiembre en preparación para la boda de nuestras hijas que se celebró en los campos de golf. Teníamos 12 miembros de nuestra familia alojados en la casa y era bastante espacioso. A poca distancia se encuentra el Ritz Carlton y el acceso a la playa, junto con los enlaces de golf para jugar al golf. Es una hermosa casa, y me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

    ¡No podríamos haber estado más satisfechos con esta propiedad! Su ubicación y todas las comodidades eran más de lo que podíamos pedir. El dueño de la propiedad es extremadamente amable y fácil de trabajar. La comunidad cerrada está impecable con hermosos senderos para caminar hacia los acantilados del océano, hasta la playa y alrededor de los terrenos tranquilos y bien cuidados.

    Tuvimos el brunch más increíble en el Ritz para terminar nuestra estancia! Cenar en el Café Gibralter fue una fiesta absoluta para el paladar. Disfrutamos de Cetrella el sábado, la comida y la música eran deliciosas y deliciosas. (¡Definitivamente vale la pena!) Disfrutamos de las compras en Half Moon Bay y un paseo a caballo por la playa ... imagen perfecta.

Everything was great! Just as listed, maybe even better. Very comfortable. Stocked well with everything you need. Great area for parking. Perfect location to walk to the beach to watch the sunsets. I would highly recommend!

This home was gorgeous and located in a beautiful gated community outside the Ritz Carlton. Plenty of room for our 3 Adults 5 teenagers and so well appointed. There wasn’t anything we thought we needed that we didn’t find tucked away, from spices to cotton swabs. Like staying at a friends (huge and beautiful) home. And what a treat to be able to walk to the private Ritz beach access. Such a great stay!

Half Moon Bay Thanksgiving

The entire house is beautiful and well furnished... and very clean. Since this was a family Thanksgiving trip, we did a lot of cooking. The kitchen was very well equipped and the central island made it possible for several people to be working at the same time.

Family wedding

Had a wonderful stay in HMB. Loved the house and the spacious back patio. Easy walking distance to beach. Went into town and experienced goat yoga. Would definitely come back.

SIBLING REUNION

Spacious accommodations, well-furnished modern kitchen in a quiet peaceful neighborhood near the ocean. Eight siblings who are spread across the western states enjoyed a Covid-delayed reunion in a beautiful coastal town in Northern California.

Great Stay

We rented this for ourselves and our 4 kids in their 20’s. We were in town for a wedding and this home was just wonderful. Close to family staying at the Ritz. Having a kitchen and space to be together was wonderful. Anna was easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone

West Coast family getaway

We all had plenty of room in the house which was clean and well stocked. The house is in a great location and we enjoyed the short walk to the Ritz. I had to reach out to the property owner, who responded immediately.

Gorgeous property

The property is overall gorgeous in a great location. My group absolutely enjoyed the property everyone commented how comfortable they were with the excellent mattresses in the bedrooms. The only concerns were, The BBQ and outdoor heaters could use a little TLC, the electric igniters didn’t work probably from the salt air. Lastly the downstairs room shows as having a queen bed however, it’s actually a queen rollout. But overall we were extremely happy with the location.

We chose this home because it was in Half Moon Bay, close enough for daily trips to San Francisco, and because the listing advertised Air Conditioning. That was the deciding factor over less expensive homes with better layouts and locations.Five days before our trip from NC to CA, while checking the coffee maker details, I noticed the detailed amenities said "natural air conditioning." The owner confirmed the home does not have A/C, explaining that homes in Half Moon Bay typically rely on cool weather and open windows. By then it was too late to get a full refund or find another home for our family of eight. We felt the listing was misleading because the main amenities listed Air Conditioning.We also encountered several maintenance and cleanliness issues: the internet didn't work the first day and remained slow afterward, there was sand in the dryer, dryer vent was stuffed full of lint and a possible fire hazard, mold in the washer, a clogged shower drain that I was asked to clean, ants in several rooms (including a bed), dirty outdoor furniture, a partially working grill, and dirty floors that left our socks brown.The positives were the quiet, safe neighborhood, plenty of seating, and beautiful Half Moon Bay. However, because the advertised A/C was the primary reason we booked this property, combined with the other issues, we would not stay here again.

Birthday Party Girls Stay

8 of us came from around the country to celebrate a big birthday and it was fantastic! Everyone who walked into the house oohed and aahed. The furnishings and art work set an upbeat tone for a wonderful 2 days. The location is fabulous--just a few blocks from the ocean. The house had great seating areas and all the kitchen amenities that anyone would want. It was very easy to communicate with Anna and she was very nice to us. I highly recommend this home for a group get-away.

There were 8 of us to celebrate a milestone birthday. The house was lovely and spacious. The kitchen had a nice large center island where we which we made a huge charcuterie board on. The kitchen opened into a living area so we could all be together even when we were preparing our meals. The back yard was lovely. All the bedrooms had comfortable beds and three full bathrooms was a plus for 8 women! Anna was very responsive and made check in a breeze. Everyone told me what a great find the house was. Also the walk to the Ritz was a fun way to spend our fist night together and although it was very dark when we left the path back to the house was well lit. Highly recommend!
