"The property had everything we needed for our break. Warm and comfortable and the hot tub was perfect! Great location for visiting Suffolk, we visited Southwold, Aldeburgh and the town of Halesworth which has plenty of cafes and pubs. Would definitely recommend."

"Room was discusting blood and poo in the room on walls and pillows. Complaint made to staff and was not dealt with compliant made on email after and still not had a response. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in"

"The building was beautiful and our room was good, the bed very comfortable. B We only stayed one night but the food was disappointing. We met friends who had stayed for a few nights and they felt the same. That’s the only thing that lets it down really"

"Lovely stay at Hill Cottage with our son. The view from the garden is beautiful and it’s so well located for Africa Alive and many other places. We had a family incident and Jacqui was so helpful and accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back."
