Enjoy beachfront living on Oʻahu’s beautiful North Shore. Set directly on a white sandy beach at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this spacious home offers a private and peaceful setting to unwind, gather with family and friends, and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean.

The beautiful white sand beach is just steps from the house, with opportunities for surfing, kayaking, and snorkeling as ocean conditions allow. Sea turtles are a daily sight in the waters out front, Hawaiian monk seals occasionally visit the shoreline, and during winter, you may spot humpback whales passing offshore.

Historic Haleʻiwa Town is approximately a three-minute drive away, with local restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and galleries close at hand. Beyond the beach in front of the house, many of the North Shore’s renowned surfing and swimming beaches are within a 5–15-minute drive. Haleʻiwa Harbor is also just a few minutes down the road, where you can book a variety of ocean adventures, including deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, and even shark cage diving.
The space

Accommodating up to six guests, the home features a connected duplex layout with generous spaces to spend time together and separate living areas for added privacy and relaxation.

The main portion of the house has a large chef’s kitchen and a spacious, open living and dining area—ideal for preparing meals, gathering around the table, and relaxing after a day at the beach.

An interior connecting door leads to the adjoining in-law unit, which has its own smaller kitchen, dining area, living area, bedroom, and bathroom facilities. This arrangement is particularly convenient for families or friends who appreciate extra space, privacy, and flexibility during their stay.

Two large lanais extend the living spaces outdoors. One features a comfortable couch and stays shaded for most of the day—a lovely spot for morning coffee, reading, or an afternoon break from the sun. The larger, sunnier lanai offers an outdoor dining area and two sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the sunshine, sharing a meal, and watching spectacular sunsets over the water. A small backyard area features an outdoor hot shower, surrounded by lush palms for added privacy.

Enjoy the ocean breeze and settle into the relaxed rhythm of the North Shore. Your private beach access puts you just steps from the sand. A kayak and surfboards are provided, along with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, and a barbecue, making it easy to enjoy your time by the ocean. The sound of the waves can be enjoyed throughout the home, and air conditioning throughout—including the bedrooms—keeps the interior comfortable.

The home was remodeled inside and out in 2023, with new furniture and appliances. This property is one of the area’s rare, fully licensed short-term vacation rentals, welcoming guests for short stays on the North Shore.
