Welcome to this charming house in Haines City. This awesome property features 4 bedrooms, including 1 king bed,2 twin beds, and 2 queen beds. With 3 bathrooms equipped with showers, guests will have plenty of space to relax and unwind. Amenities like a washing machine, AC, WiFi, iron, and heating ensure a comfortable stay.

We are located in Southern Dunes Country club where you can find golfing, and a Top Golf style range for the family. All Orlando theme parks are all within a short driving distance! Walmart and Dollar Tree are right outside the community as well. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our home away from home!

Hot Night

Reached out to management about the pool pump, he then text me to tell me that the a/c should be kept at 75*. We returned from my kids Graduation and the a/c was set on 75*, but the temperature in the house was 88 degrees. I texted the property manager and there was no response. The next morning I get a text saying he didn’t get the text that night. Also in the kitchen there were baby ants around the sink. Pictures were taken and it was a very hot night.

3 week Vacation

The property was great. Loved it for 3 weeks. Everything looked good and worked and everything was as written on VRBO. Would definitely stay here again.

HOT

The house was OK, but the A/C did not work after the !st nite. Owner said he was working on getting it fixed, maybe he was, but it didn't get repaired during our stay of 7 days.It was 85 that week & so was the house. I asked for some comp. & no communication. So that is why the bad review.

Quiet and Functional

Leo was responsive to each of our questions. The pool heater was not working but early January was too cold to be using the pool. The house was clean but the appliances were somewhat dated. Beds were comfortable and there were no issues with water or electric or the heat. Overall, the stay was very good in Southern Dunes gated community.

We stayed 7 nights. The house was very accommodating for 4 couples. The top surface was very clean but could use a deep cleaning. The only issue we had was with getting the remotes to work the tv in two bedrooms. Owner communicated they had replaced the remote and batteries but we still couldn’t get them to work. Overall a great stay and would stay again.

Outdated

This house needs some attention. Outdated and appears to be very neglected. There were no shower liners in two bathrooms so I bought them. The master shower is awkward to get in and out of and water gets all over the floor no matter what you do. The master bed was not very comfortable. There were wasps nests with wasps at the entrance. I have stayed at many properties over the years and this was my first uncomfortable experience. The property manager was nice and responsive. We stayed here due to not being able to stay in our home in same community while repairs were taking place so it was okay for our needs. We were very thankful to be a few blocks from our house. The house was clean and had a few charming elements but was just tolerable to stay at. If I rented this place for a vacation, I would be very disappointed and stressed about it especially with the price. I hope it gets the attention it needs soon.

Stay at the Dunes at

The house was big, beautifully decorated, and clean. The host Leo was attentive and courteous Ifloatepool went away. I would stay here again.
