"The facility was well-kept with good amenities. Our suite was a generous size and had a nice kitchenette. The air conditioning struggled to cool the space down, but I contacted Reception, and they brought a standing fan up to our door within 15 minutes. Very attentive and friendly staff!"

"Full marks for everything but the mattress could be more comfortable- was too soft and you could feel it was sinking in because it was old."

"Room’s cleaning standards were very basic. Room for some improvement there it would benefit for sure. Very minor issues found with one or two ants I found in the room, and some foreign hairs on bedding on the first day, checking in. The kitchen and bathroom again require more monitoring/cleaning before use, as they’re shared, but given the prices of the rooms it isn’t unreasonable to expect guests to tidy up after themselves. "The rooms were very close to the zoo and Black Country Living Museum.
Check in was easy and we received the codes needed on the morning we were arriving. The bed was comfortable and a small amount of tea/coffee was provided.
The only negatives are that it was a noisy location and the rooms could do with a deep clean."
