Not far from Diernæs Strand lies Slivsø, the third largest lake in Sütjütland. Here live about 180 species of birds, including white-tailed eagle and kingfisher. In the lake swim many pike, zander and perch. Diernæs Strand is a family-friendly vacation area with a child-friendly beach, it enjoys the calm waters of the Little Belt.
