Triplex Layout :Spread over three indoor-outdoor levels, the penthouse offers ample space for comfort and privacy for you and your guests to unwind. The bottom level is exclusively dedicated to bedrooms and bathrooms, the upper level seamlessly combines an indoor living area to an outdoor terrace with a massive Hot-Tub, while the uppermost level is dedicated exclusively to lounging and sunbathing.

Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms, two include a double bed while the other bedroom has 2 single beds. All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linen we provide is of the highest of quality
Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms, both included a shower and a toilet. Included is also a guest toilet available from the living area.
Office : Need to catch up on work or need a quiet space? The penthouse also offers a dedicated study/office space to stay productive during your escape from your workplace back home.
Laundry & Baggage Storage Area: Guests can also make free use of a laundry area that offers a combined washing machine & drier as well as clothes-ironing facilities. Early checkins and late checkouts can avail themselves to a secure luggage storage facility at no extra cost.

The neighbourhood of Gzira off the promenade is located just inland from the waterfront, and is known for its quiet residential streets and charming architecture. It is a popular area for tourists to stay in due to its close proximity to the promenade and other popular attractions in the region, such as the National Museum of Fine Arts and the University of Malta.
The area is also well-connected by public transportation, with regular bus service to other parts of the island and the nearby cities of Sliema and Valletta. There are also several supermarkets and convenience stores in the neighbourhood, making it easy to stock up on supplies during your stay.

There are many pedestrian and bike paths throughout the island, making it easy to get around on two wheels. No matter how you choose to get around, you'll find that Gzira is a convenient and accessible location for exploring all that Malta has to offer.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand. Late checkins are also available.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels - Liquid Soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person
8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book.
