"Had a lovely stay at this 1-bed cabin near Penzance! It was very clean and cosy, and made for a really comfortable base while exploring the area. The host was super friendly and welcoming throughout, which made the whole experience even better. Great private garden too, and having secure parking was a nice bonus.
The only downside was ventilation - the only window in the whole cabin was in the bathroom, so it did get a bit stuffy and warm inside at times. Might be worth bearing in mind if...

"The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. "

"Harvey Lodge is a hiden gem in a woodlands next to a river beautiful setting peace full beats any Premier Inn owners are friendly and helpful and they care about their guests bed is very comfy you just don't to get out of it in a morning if you care about a digital detox and peace of mind this is a place it's very near Helston town and close to Porthleven and other seaside places just beautiful felt like I was at home and not a holiday or working away from home "

"The cottage is in a fabulous cobbler street location, 2 minute walk to the harbour. The cottage is well equipped if you wanted to cook, we ate out because there are lots of lovely places to eat. The cottage was lovely and clean, great powerful shower. The host Victoria had left us milk, biscuits, tea, coffee, washing up liquid and tea towels. "A lovely lodge in a great location. The wine, biscuits and milk welcome pack is a very nice touch. It is very comfortable and well equipped, although the shower door was difficult to use. It is in a very quiet and peaceful setting but within an easy drive of either Penzance or St Ives for those shopping essentials or going to the beach."

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the welcome gift was a thoughtful touch. The location was also great, with the town centre within walking distance, making it easy to get around.
The only issue was with the parking information. The listing stated that parking was available, but I later found out that it is only provided for guests staying 7 nights or more. This restriction was not mentioned in the listing, so it would be helpful if this could be clarified...

"Pedney Shepherd's Hut is located about 50 yards off the A30, around 6 minutes drive from the centre of Newlyn. It is set back from the road up a few steep steps which led into s semi-tropical small garden.
