今回は高校生と中学生の子どもを連れての家族旅行でお世話になりました。
ホテルは客室、水回りとも全て清潔に保たれており、快適に過ごせました。
明洞など中心部とは少し離れていますがホテルは麻谷ナル駅直結ですし、飲食店やコンビニにも困らないので不満はありません。

"Breakfast timing was staggered into 3 phases which can be a little restrictive for some people if you arrived slightly late so you will have lesser breakfast time.
They do not seem to have the habit of giving creamer when I asked for tea with creamer. Often, I have to request again and took pretty long to be given creamer. Also they do not come with teaspoon which brings me wondering how do I stir my tea with sugar and creamer. But I made do with just using my normal big spoon. I did not...

"We booked the Superior Room with multiple beds. It’s perfect for a family of 3 or 4 with small kids. Room was spacious and hotel is conveniently located in Hongdae. There’s lots of shopping and food options to choose from. It’s close to public transportation or taxi/rideshare pickup. Friendly staff and had no issues communicating with guests. Hotel was clean. Elevator took a little while during busy times because it’s small. Will stay again."

"Very unique interior. We stayed in one of their corner suites. The bath tub leaked although we didn’t use it. Other than that, the room was beautiful and staffs were very friendly and polite. San (forgive me if I got his name wrong. He has British accent) at the concierge desk was amazing. He answered my questions in details and made excellent recommendations. We will definitely stay here again. Lobby cafe has brunch available from 11am. Their breakfast buffet is good too. "
