"It was a great experience, all the staff were very friendly and polite. If you love a great customer service this is a great place to go. Breakfast was great, I would recommend getting a room and include the breakfast. I thought it would be something we could get away with but when we tried it we ended up coming back every single morning. Super foreign friendly. Rooms were great, we travelled as a couple and it was very comfortable."

I booked this hotel in a rush, which led to a rather mixed experience. On the positive side, when I had heavy luggage upon arrival, a female staff member kindly and helpfully explained where to find the luggage cart. However, a male staff member standing nearby just stared blankly without offering any assistance.
Later, due to a change in my travel plans, I wanted to extend my stay, but the hotel was completely sold out. We had no choice but...

The property needs to be better advertised as the sauna and I believe one other amenity involved a hefty charge to use. The swimming pool required a swim cap. While 5000 won won't break anyone's bank, it was the unpleasant surprise factor when you're ready to swim but don't have your wallet on you.
