"Great location! Above apple store/ next to olive young/ rimowa/ lululemon and lots of eateries. Great reception except on last day when i left one room card in the room and i had to rush for airport transport and could locate the card in the room despite making a trip back to the room, i was charged KRW 10k for missing room card (no other hotels imposed this fees in my travel history), receptionist could have highlight this upfront if this is strictly adhered to. Other than this, great stay and...
