"Check in, communication and house all great! Very cute renovations. Plenty of starter supplies, nice towels, toiletries in baths. Awesome that they had a high chair and 2 pak & plays! Can walk to grocery store and Mexican restaurant. The only suggestion would be firmer mattresses. Could just be our family, but most of us prefer firm! "

"Place was convenient. Overall it was a little on the dirty side. I pulled two plates out of the cabinet and both had left over food on them, no one has dusted on top of the fridge or dryer. The wallpaper is also peeling off the wall and you can see where the AC has leaked in the living room and straight down the wall onto the photo. Oh there is also mold in one of the closest, only seen it because I used the broom.. Place needs some TLC for sure. "

"Charming, clean and comfortable.We had a small issue when we first arrived, but our host Cyndy was quick to respond and help us resolve the issue! Within walking distance of two great local restaurants, Chiriya’s Thai Cuisine And just across the street Finches Sandwiches & Sundries great sandwiches and drinks. Oh, and fetches also does cemetery tours. We didn’t have time but give it a go next time.Thanks for hosting us!We recommend and would stay here again!"

"Prefect is you are looking for the quirk and charm of an old unique home. Grateful for modern A/C. Be aware of steep stairs to the suite and limited availability of walk sockets and overloading when certain appliances are used. We did not have an issue with appliances but did have to unplug lamps to charge or use devices. The location and charm of this building is unmatched. We slept incredibly well and were very very comfortable!"

"We visited Savannah to tour SCAD with our Daughter and this was an amazing location and property. We knew we did not want to stay in a normal hotel and experience the character of the city. Wow, did this property exceed our expectations! It was very clean and had everything you would need! The sofa fold out into a full/queen bed which was very comfy for our daughter! I would say 4 adults comfortably. I'd love to stay again when we have more time! "

"The kitchen was fully stocked; unfortunately, we were only there for really a full 24 hours, so we didn't use it. We did use the washer/dryer. Only thing I can suggest to other patrons, please adhere to the noise policy of 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. We had new patrons in the apartment above us the day after we arrived and it was so noisy that we couldn't sleep. "We had a wonderful time on our trip and enjoyed staying in this location. It does have a few eccentricities that should be noted. The larger bedroom's king size bed is very high; a step stool is needed to climb in and out. This could be difficult for some guests to navigate. The smaller bedroom's window faces the alley and parking area and bright lights are on all night outside this window. There are blinds, but it was still bright enough that it was hard to sleep. Bring a light-blocking mask!...
