"Having 3 bedrooms and 2 baths was perfect for me, my sister and I. Very comfortable and clean. Within a few minutes drive to the Pollard theater and restaurants. Enjoyed staying here!"

"Very beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our short stay very much! Highly recommend this property if you're in Guthrie! The only thing I didn't like with the communication was the message I received at 10:15 A.M. to let me know that the cleaning crew had been dispatched and I would need to vacate the property at 11 A.M. or before....I've used VRBO many times and know when check out time is. We were pulling out of the driveway at 10:15 A.M. but that message made me feel very...

"Good location to downtown. The bed was firm but we liked it. It doesn’t have central heat or air. We had A LOT of difficulty getting into the place. The lock box was hard to get open. Minor things to be aware of. Communication was ok, most of it was with getting in. A very clean place."
