"Before you book, this is an older cabin, so be aware and don’t judge it for being older. It’s cozy and comfortable. Of course it needs some fixing here and there, but what doesn’t? Mainly the bathroom, but it functions as it should. The air conditioning works very well!! The cabin is right on the water. If you have a boat trailer it’s harder to maneuver in and out of the driveway, but it can be done. There’s a washer and dryer if needed. Plus internet and all the different apps for...

"This is the perfect place for fishing. Great covered carport for your boat, lights. They thought of it for a fisherman. Super cute on the inside and very clean."

"Family girls trip. Just the place to relax by the water. Plenty of beds. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of linens. Very peaceful place to stay. Private and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"If you want to get away, this is a great spot near Lake Guntersville. The owner was very responsive during our stay and was willing to work with you to make your stay more comfortable. I appreciate the overhanging for boats or cars at the side of the cabin. Everything was clean, and kitchen had enough cooking wear for make good meals for the family. I would stay here again!"

"First time staying in Alabama. We rent vacation houses many times per year and I can say our stay here was wonderful. It is close to the road, there is definitely road noise, but it didn't matter, the house and the view made you forget the noise. The bed was beyond comfortable! We lost power one night (the entire area, not a house issue). I messaged the host and received a response within minutes (at 9:30 pm). "The cabin was perfect for a pair of bass fishermen. Close to downtown Guntersville, easy access to boat ramps, and space for your boat with power hookup. There’s room to hangout inside, on the covered porch, or around the fire pit. Mary was awesome. "

"We were a family of 9. Cleanliness of house was good, appliances were great. Sparsely furnished - needed to have a bit more sitting available to watch T.V. Master bedroom and bath were great. Needed to have a table or two in the other bedrooms to put things on. Maybe some hooks in bathroom to hang towels on would be great.Should be advertised to accommodate 6-8 people instead of ten. We enjoyed our stay but it was a bit tight quarters for all of us. Sean was a great host."
