I booked and paid for two queen rooms FOUR months in advance of this trip - The Extraordinary Women's Conference. Upon arrival to the hotel, we were told they were over booked and we weren't going to have the rooms we reserved and paid for. Inconvenient. Uncomfortable for the travelers in this party. Good thing we are all friends and could make adjustments. One room smelled horrible - a repugnant mixture...

"We just returned from a recent 4 night stay at this hotel. Other than the room being a bit small and somewhat outdated. We found that the accommodations were worth the price we paid. The room was clean. The staff was nice and breakfast was exactly what I expected with the usual fair of toast, bagels, packaged bakery items, etc, Cereal, yogurt, two types of fruit, oatmeal with various toppings offered. There were some type of eggs and potatoes with sausage or bacon. There was also a waffle...

"The hotel had easy access to the area, close to a great restaurant (walking distance) and they gave us a 10% coupon for the restaurant. Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nice, bathroom a little small, but not a deal breaker. Would have liked a coffee maker in the room and some hot food at the breakfast bar(still not bad with waffles, fruit and pastries). I will use them again."

"Staff were friendly & check-in and check-out were easy. Bed was clean & comfortable. Room was spacious. However, the bath area & outlets need updating. Parts of the tub were dirty and some caulking needed replacing. The tissue holder was falling out of the wall. None of the outlets would keep things plugged in and the charging ports didn’t work."
