"I only stayed one night so I can only comment on a few things. Our room was clean and the staff I engaged with was friendly and helpful. One disappointment was that there is a $9 fee for a parking pass for their lot. I think that’s ridiculous. I travel often and I’ve never been charged a fee to park in the hotels lot."

"The hotel overall is very clean. Any staff I encountered were helpful and friendly. We stay there on our way from NY to SC every year and will be staying again on our return trip."

"Breakfast was free and tasty. Staff was friendly. There is parking for 10.00 a day but it is limited. Nice room. Had a pool and gym but did not use either. The hotel is close to Franconia station to hop on the Metro. Very convenient."

"The hotel is located in a quiet area. There’s an abandoned building nearby. The room was clean and spacious. The only problem we encountered was the water. It only gave us lukewarm at first. It seemed as if the shower level is stuck and couldn’t turn all the way to the hot side. I called the front desk to fix it, but the maintenance personnel couldn’t come til the next day. "Breakfast was actually better than other hotels in this segment. The breakfast staff was accommodating, but the hotel staff was checked out, not really engaged in what they were doing, rather indifferent. The hotel lacks clarity on how their amenities are accessed, ex. Wifi, having room made up, getting fresh towels etc. "

"Door keys have to be re set almost daily, no housekeeping come to your room. When you go to the desk for toilet paper or trowels, bad attitudes. At least the men. One woman was kind. And now they make you do a $50 deposit. Of course it’s refundable. But it takes weeks to come back to you. Dirty, smelly, and you have to watch your car. "Room we had was 707. The good points were the bed was comfortable though the pillows were comfy they were small size decorating pillows but had 4. Staff were all excellent and the breakfasts were well stocked and several choices. The dinning staff attendant was organized and super friendly and inviting.
