"Room was nice and clean. Front desk clerk upon checkout told me since I booked through Expedia she couldn’t give me a receipt and I had to get from Expedia, however, Expedia website says since I paid at the facility I would get a receipt from the hotel. Also would like to see a small dog run since pets allowed, they need a space. "

"Rooms are very run down needs updated and we had no hot water and had to take cold showers. Some of the staff at front were not friendly rolling eyes and acting upset she asked about or for something. Some Mae’s were nicer and the lady in breakfast was great. Very disappointed for the price and no refund or partial for no hot water"

"The staff was very overwhelming. I got several text from there personally phone. The lady sent me a text saying I need to check myself in. Then a few hours later I received another text asking about what my estimate arrival time would be. So I said 2 and then when I got there she was very rude and said check in time was not tell 3. She was on the phone with someone and had a head set on and was using foul language to them. Then I left a little while later after I got checked in and then receive...

"While there I tried out the gym. It has seen better days. Some of the equipment was not working well and it's pretty small. The indoor pool was challenging to find but I did find it. It is quite dark in the building at night. It would be better if there was lighting. The hot tub jets didn't seem to work consistently. They were tricky to get working and then would only stay on a couple of minutes. The breakfast was great and our room was clean and comfortable. "

"Stayed the days, Housekeeping was supposed to clean one of the days, and didn't. Ran out of amenities and had to bug front desk. Felt bad I had to keep contacting them. But if that's the only downside, I'll take it. It's a clean, wonderful, friendly, and amazing breakfast place to stay"
