"Great room and friendly staff. A bit hard to get to when travelling to and from Library Chowk. Driver is fast and efficient when dropping you off to places, but he’s your only option as Taxi/Uber are not allowed to drive down Pall Mall after 8pm, unless you have a private driver or chaffeur from another establishment. Great facilities. Would recommend for slightly experienced travellers."

"Great staff, very courteous and helpful. Loved the breakfast and high tea. It felt like a family get together. The property is obviously old and the management keeps updating. Rooms are small but clean and updated. Views are amazing. "

"Hotel staff was very friendly especially front desk...its a short walk to the main road mall area...and has a great view and atmosphere..."

"Great location,walking distance to mall road and all eateries, markets. Courteous and helping staff. Very friendly and accommodating.Very good food, great breakfast. Rooms are okay, but bathroom need repairs, refurbish, it smells. At check in, they charged me full of my entire stay, instead of Blocking the amount on card. This is not fair, I argued, but she said its policy. You should mention it when we do booking."

"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and friendly, whether at the front desk or the housekeeping. The room was comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. "The Claridges Nabha Residence is located in a quaint ledge of the mountains near Mussoorie. You can get a nice view of the peaks above and, partly, of the cliff below. The property itself is beautiful but it is evident that it has seen better days. You can see broken vases and plant pots in places and some of the common areas could use some renovation. Even so, it does exhude a cozy charm that stems from its turn-of-the-century architecture and quiet bliss, away from the main city. The staff...

"It is a decent stay option but far away from mall road. I stayed in Luxury suite but it was nit luxurious as per 3* star hotel standards. Tea/ Cofee/ Complimentary water bottle/ hand towel were missing in the room. Intercom was not working. Staff was cooperative and served good food"

"This is the best place to stay in Mussoorie. Stop looking for other places, this is it. The views are jaw dropping and on clear days, the snow peaks are visible in the distance. The staff are attentive and honest and will set up transport to and from airport and they will also get you up with a Scooty if you want a daily rental. They are knowledgeable and will make it their job to see you happy. This is the ONLY place in Mussoorie that we will stay. We are so grateful for their hospitality."
